Enterprise Solution?
Alphacool offers specialised water cooling products for servers and workstations in the B2B and Enterprise Solution area. When used for these applications, water cooling must be secure and safe. To ensure these criteria is met, Alphacool has concentrated on 3 main targets for the quick release fittings: a secure leak proof link, high tensile strength and a particularly low weight.
Compact Quick Connector?
Common quick connectors can have a diameter of over 24mm. This Alphacool quick release connectors has a diameter of only 20 mm. This makes it probably one of the sleekest quick release connectors for water cooling systems on the market. To close the quick-release fastener, it only needs to be pushed together. To open it again, a small ring is pulled back. This makes the quick-release fastener pop open. The water loss is minimal and consists of only 1-2 small drops which can easily be halted with a towel or cloth.
Nylon as material?
Instead of the usual brass, the fittings for the Enterprise Solutions product range are usually made of nylon. In water-cooled servers and workstations, all components must be easily and quickly replaceable and keeping the weight down is important. That is why all components are fitted with quick release fasteners. Due to the high packing density in modern servers, the quick release fastener is made of highly stable nylon. They are therefore non-conductive and cannot cause any short circuits. Nylon is also an ultra-light material, which makes it extremely easy to use.
Flow and sealing
In servers and workstations with multiple processors and graphics cards, many components must be equipped with quick connectors. With conventional quick-connectors, narrow water channels will restrict the flow. With the Alphacool quick release connectors, which were developed especially for such solutions, the water flow is optimised to keep the resistance as low as possible. As with all Alphacool quick-release fasteners, this version also uses a double seal to ensure maximum tightness and therefore maximum safety. To further increase safety, a locking clip is also included to prevent accidental opening of the quick release fastener. An unlocking clip makes it easier to open the quick-release fastener if required.
Lightweight, extremely thin, high security and the non-conductive material are the basic characteristics of this quick release connector which has been developed especially for industry and servers.

EK-Pro GPU WB A100 80GB Rack - Nickel + Inox is a high-performance full-cover water block for the NVIDIA® A100 80GB PCIe data center graphics card. It was specifically engineered to make the entire GPU and water block assembly as thin as possible, effectively allowing it to consume only a single PCIe slot width-wise. The water block is equipped with a rack-style terminal, considerably reducing the assembly height and increasing the chassis compatibility. The EK-Pro Rack GPU water blocks conform to the standard Full Height Full Width (FHFW) server chassis form factor, making them a drop-in replacement for active and passive dual-slot air coolers.

By spanning the entire PCB, the water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM, and VRM (voltage regulation module) as cooling liquid is channeled directly over these critical areas.
EK-Pro GPU WB A100 80GB Rack – Nickel + Inox water blocks use an Open Split-Flow cooling engine design which proved to be a superior solution for GPU water blocks. It is characterized by low hydraulic flow restriction, which means it can be used with weaker water pumps or pumps running on low-speed settings and still achieve top performance. The lowered coolant flow requirement makes it an ideal solution for multi-GPU workstations and servers. The jet plate and fin structure geometry have been optimized to provide even flow distribution with minimal losses and optimal performances even when used in reversed water flow scenarios.

The base of the block is CNC machined out of nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while the top is laser-cut out of industry-grade stainless steel. The sealing is ensured by high-quality EPDM O-Rings. The brass standoffs are already pre-installed and allow for a safe and easy installation procedure.

For added stability and protection of the graphics card, the I/O plate is now an integral part of the water block top itself, which means that the block replaces the stock I/O shield and adds more sturdiness to the whole assembly. The integrated single-slot I/O plate also benefits more compact workstation and server environments, where space and PCIe slot spacing is at a premium. This design enables the card only to consume a single PCIe x16 slot, leaving the surrounding slots available for other add-in cards.

The EK-Pro GPU WB A100 80GB Rack water block features a POM-machined terminal block at the back and features two G1/4” ports, enabling easy integration with EK-Pro QDC kits and manifolds for high compute density applications.
