The Barrow CPU waterblock is high performance waterblock.

Designed for AMD consumer and workstation platform, this waterblock will work with AMD64 processors

With 0.4mm micro fins and a copper hotplate, you get heat dissipation not typically found in this price range.
Barrowch could have stopped there, but they insisted on giving you fully customizable RGB that can sync with your ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, and ASRock motherboards (adapter cable sold separately).
LED power is supplied via an LRC 2.0 3-pin fan connector and the temperature reading is obtained via a thermal probe integrated into the waterblock.
All mounting hardware is included so you have everything you need to get up and running.
