Starter allowing connector 1 or 2 Neon Cold Cathode tubes.

The choke is equipped on one side with 2 female 3-pin connectors allowing to connect 1 or 2 neon lights.
On the other side of the starter is a 12 Volts power cable fitted with a 4 Pin Molex connector (Male / female) allowing the connector to be connected to a PC power supply.
