Doc Micro offers shipping using Colissimo by "La Poste" for your most common shipments.

Colissimo allows :
- Fast delivery: 3 to 9 days depending on the country ^* (working days) from our warehouse.
- Online monitoring of the delivery of your order using your client area or by that of La Poste.

If you are not present the day of delivery and you have taken the option "with signature";
Or if you took the option "without signature" and your mailbox is not big enough and you are absent:
You will be given a delivery notice allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day at 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice. If you do not express a choice, you can then collect your parcel at your home post office, within 15 days.

Some bulky or fragile items cannot be delivered with this system.
Colissimo applies in Europe : Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden...

Place your order on our website before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) to receive your package in 2-5 days (depend of country) ^* DPD Predict : DPD informs recipients early about the delivery of goods and offers a variety of delivery options to choose from.

The DPD solution allows you :
- International deliveries with regular deadlines between 2 and 5 days.
- An interactive choice of dates and time slots (by SMS or via their website DPD Recipients Area).
- Online tracking of the delivery of your package on our site customer area or on the DPD website Package tracking

Place your order on our website before 3 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) to receive your package in 2 to 4 days. ^* .

Once your order has been shipped, Chronopost / DPDGroup will send you a SMS informing you of the day and time of delivery in a 2-hour window or the possibility of rescheduling.
If you think you are not there, choose to reschedule delivery to another date , to your neighbor or to a local point . In case of absence during the driver's passage, your package will be dropped off at a nearby point or post office. You can then collect your parcel the same day according to your availability and the opening hours of the point of proximity, on presentation of an identity document.

Delivery via DPDgroup, with delivery times of 2 to 4 days to 27 European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland), Greece , Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic

^* Delivery times are counted from the time the package is made available by DocMicro to the service provider.
No delivery on Sundays and holidays.

- Fast delivery in your mailbox: 4 to 8 days ^* (working days) from our depot.
- Delivery online monitoring of your order using your client area or by that of La Poste.

^* D+4 delivery for Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany and United Kingdom. D+5 for the Netherlands, Italy and Portugal. D+8 for Spain and the other European countries.
