To connect the 8mm internal 10mm external pipes

No more bends in the pipe when you screw the cap onto the fitting!
With these swivel fittings, all you need to do is tighten the cap on the pipe, then pliers the swivel part in the other direction, which immediately releases any stress in the pipe.
